Brittany Beard is a native of Cincinnati, Ohio who ventured down to Baton Rouge, LA in 2005 on a golf scholarship at Southern University and A&M College. After teaching Spanish for one year, Brittany decided to transition into a career in real estate in 2014 to create more opportunities for herself in the investment world. As a 2nd generation Broker, her love for real estate has grown into a thriving business, BNB Properties, LLC. As a black female Broker/Realtor®️ and proud member of the illustrious sorority, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated, LLC, she is happy to be able to educate, mentor and service Baton Rouge, Louisiana and the surrounding areas, in their path to homeownership.
